Advertising Disclosure
Wherever our brands are being promoted in the UK with a tracking link, affiliates must have some form of advertising disclosure on site, and clearly visible wherever our brands are promoted. At the very least, we request that affiliates ad #AD to the significant terms listed above. All exposure point’s must be considered, on all sources whether it be SEO, PPC, email, SMS, media or YouTube. If space is an issue, gain can revert to using #AD.
PPC Adverts
All PPC ads in the UK must feature the following social responsibility messages in its ad copy on display: ‘18+, Gamble Responsibly’
Mailer Affiliates (SMS & email marketing)
Before entering into a partnership agreement to promote L&L Europe brands to UK databases for both SMS and emails, we must:
- Confirm that the database has double opted in to receive gambling offers
- Confirm that their database meets GDPR requirements
- Sign an IO that states both the above points, even if working on rev share only
- For email marketing follow the above guidelines for SEO/PPC affiliates within the mailer.
- For SMS marketing include a note stating ‘Full T&C’s apply’ which should be hyperlinked to bonus T&C’s
- Confirm that the databased is reviewed against the Gamstop database.
Streaming
- YouTube & Twitch – Affiliates can stream and post videos of gameplay at L&L Europe brands on YouTube, regardless of country and currency of the account. However, all videos must be age gated, so that only verified over 18 accounts can view the content or we need proof that the audience share of viewers under 18 years old is below 25%.
